Nature of the service
MedicalCardsMA provides a Massachusetts medical cannabis certification evaluation delivered by phone-based telemedicine for a $50 fee (new certification or renewal), paid in advance. Evaluations are available Monday through Sunday, 12 PM to 5 PM, from a team of physicians and nurse practitioners. Certification is a clinical decision made by a licensed clinician after an individual evaluation and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility

Telemedicine consent

Payment, cancellation & refunds

This service is limited to certification evaluation and does not include individualized cannabis treatment planning, dosing guidance, or medication-interaction consultation.
