Medical Marijuana Card for Worcester, MA Patients

Hi. I can answer general questions about the $50 Massachusetts certification service, phone-based appointments, payment, hours, and renewals. For anything else, leave your name and phone number or email and we’ll follow up.

As the second-largest city in Massachusetts, Worcester has its share of certification options — but plenty of them still mean taking time off during business hours to sit in a waiting room. MedicalCardsMA is a phone-based evaluation instead, scheduled around your day rather than a clinic’s.

A statewide telemedicine service, not a local office

MedicalCardsMA doesn’t have a physical office in Worcester. It’s a Massachusetts-wide telemedicine certification service, available to Worcester and Central Massachusetts residents the same way it’s available statewide — your visit is a scheduled phone call, not an in-person appointment.

What to expect

Schedule and pay online, complete a secure intake form covering your medical history and cannabis experience ahead of time, then meet by phone with a physician or nurse practitioner. If certification is clinically appropriate, it’s submitted the same visit, with instructions for state registration. See our How It Works page for the full walkthrough.

Cost

$50 flat, the same fee whether it’s a new certification or a renewal, with no added state charge — see the full pricing and cost comparison. Appointments are available Monday through Sunday, 12 PM to 5 PM, for patients 18 and older.

Schedule your evaluation, or read what’s actually free vs. what isn’t before you book.
