MedicalCardsMA doesn’t have a physical office in Worcester. It’s a Massachusetts-wide telemedicine certification service, available to Worcester and Central Massachusetts residents the same way it’s available statewide — your visit is a scheduled phone call, not an in-person appointment.
What to expect
Schedule and pay online, complete a secure intake form covering your medical history and cannabis experience ahead of time, then meet by phone with a physician or nurse practitioner. Cost
$50 flat, the same fee whether it’s a new certification or a renewal, with no added state charge — see the full pricing and cost comparison. Appointments are available Monday through Sunday, 12 PM to 5 PM, for patients 18 and older.
